Estudio de impacto ambiental de proyecto de urbanización en la ciudad de Rafaela, provincia de Santa Fe

Abstract

El proyecto de Urbanización “Prados del Sur” surge como respuesta a la demanda de terrenos para viviendas que posee actualmente la ciudad de Rafaela. La configuración será del tipo “barrio abierto” y contará con aproximadamente unos 500 lotes. En base al trabajo realizado en el EsIA y sus resultados, se concluye que el impacto ambiental del proyecto es eminentemente POSITIVO. Los mismos están descriptos en el cuerpo del estudio, y se buscó potenciar los mismos. Los impactos negativos, aunque escasos, fueron detectados en etapa temprana y se propusieron las medidas de mitigación correspondientes. Durante el proceso de realización de EsIA, surgieron una serie de propuestas/recomendaciones interesantes en cuanto a obras y acciones a realizar tanto en la etapa de construcción como en la etapa de operación. Todas tendientes a mejorar la calidad técnica el proyecto como así también (y más importante) la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos.

The urbanization "Prados del Sur" arises in response to the demand of land for houses that nowadays has the city of Rafaela. The configuration will be "open neighborhood", and will have approximately 500 lots. Based on the work done in the EsIA and its results, it is concluded that the environmental impact of the project is eminently POSITIVE. They are described in the body of the study, and it was sought to enhance them. The negative impacts, although scarce, were detected at an early stage, and the corresponding mitigation measures were proposed. During the process of performance EsIA, a series of interesting proposals/recommendations emerged, regarding works and actions to be carried out both in the construction phase and in the operation phase. All tending to improve the technical quality of the project as well as (and more importantly) the quality of life of the citizens.
