Manejo de ILT en una empresa de telecomunicaciones

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende hacer un enfoque retrospectivo en relación al manejo de la ILT en el consultorio médico laboral de una empresa de telecomunicaciones. La ILT (Incapacidad Laboral Temporaria) se produce cuando un trabajador se accidenta o padece una enfermedad profesional, y el daño sufrido le impide la realización de sus tareas habituales. La idea de este trabajo consiste en realizar un proceso de investigación mediante el análisis de los registros que lleva el consultorio de salud ocupacional de la empresa, el relato de los hechos y las encuestas realizadas a los trabajadores, con el objetivo de saber cuáles son las causas predominantes de ILT, la evolución de acuerdo a las mismas, el tiempo de baja laboral y las características del alta (Actividad habitual, con Incapacidad, con recalificación). Se parte de mencionar la implicancia que tiene el médico laboral dentro del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. Se considerarán tanto a los trabajadores que se desempeñan en aéreas administrativas y comerciales de la empresa como también a los que se desarrollan productivamente en aéreas técnicas. Se procurará realizar un estudio abordando no solo el plano singular, sino también el particular, donde podamos investigar el grupo de trabajo, y el general que nos permita realizar un estudio de las políticas estatales e institucionales que determinan e integran los planos inferiores.

The present work aims to make a retrospective approach in relation to the management of ILT in the occupational medical office of a telecommunications company. ILT (Temporary Labor Disability) occurs when a worker is injured or suffers from an occupational disease, and the damage suffered prevents him from carrying out his usual tasks. The idea of this work consists of carrying out a research process by analyzing the records kept by the company's occupational health office, the account of the events and the surveys carried out with the workers, with the aim of knowing what are the predominant causes of ILT, the evolution according to them, the time of sick leave and the characteristics of the discharge. (Usual activity, with Disability, with requalification) It starts from mentioning the implication of the occupational physician within the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Both workers who work in administrative and commercial areas of the company as well as those who develop productively in technical areas will be considered. An attempt will be made to carry out a study addressing not only the singular level, but also the particular one, where we can investigate the working group, and the general one that allows us to carry out a study of the state and institutional policies that determine and integrate the lower levels.
