El paisaje de los corredores urbanos: la naturación como herramienta proyectual de ecologización, integración física y recuperación del uso público inclusivo

Abstract

Naturar expresa la acción de incorporar la vegetación al medio urbano, con el objetivo de amortiguar el desequilibrio entre la urbanización y la conservación del medio ambiente, así la naturación constituye la remediación de múltiples problemas urbanos-ambientales que están en progresivo aumento. Este proyecto entiende la ciudad desde la complejidad ?interacciones del sistema- y la diversidad -de sus componentes-. El espacio público es la amalgama constitutiva nuclear del sistema; su manifestación primordial es la calle: el hecho antrópico más antiguo, que rige como estructurador y transformador de los territorios, configura la infraestructura, adquiere -y confiere- roles variables a lo largo del tiempo, superponiendo o mutando sus significados. Se adopta el paisaje como enfoque que, por su amplitud semántica, por la relación que brinda entre naturaleza y cultura y por las oportunidades de cualificación o recualificación que ofrece en ámbitos concretos, vehiculiza las acciones tendientes a optimizar la interacción entre los seres humanos y sus espacios vitales. Naturación e inclusión, serán parte constitutiva de estas acciones sobre los espacios, una como herramienta de proyecto, la otra como condición imprescindible del espacio público concebido como ámbito de la existencia de la multiplicidad. Las acciones se entienden como sustento y fin de esta propuesta de Investigación proyectual, partiendo de asumir al proyecto como acto-proceso que pivotea entre el pensar y el hacer, y que por tal condición lleva implícita la generación de sus propios, nuevos conocimientos proyectuales. Asimismo, este enfoque se basa en la práctica, donde el desarrollo de proyectos de diseño no es un objetivo de la investigación sino parte integral del proceso, provocando las intervenciones desde la investigación proyectual. El proyecto se propone conformar un corpus de saberes e instrumentos de diseño paisajístico aplicables al espacio público, particularmente a los corredores urbanos, que promuevan la naturación como herramienta proyectual de ecologización, integración física y recuperación del uso público inclusivo. Así como retribuir los resultados al "Programa de Naturación Urbana Santa Fe Capital", que llevará adelante la Municipalidad de Santa Fe, y se encuentra actualmente en su etapa de diagramación.

Naturar expresses the action of incorporating vegetation into the urban environment, with the aim of cushioning the imbalance between urbanization and environmental conservation. Thus, naturation constitutes the remediation of multiple urban-environmental problems that are progressively increasing. This project understands the city from the complexity -interactions of the system- and the diversity -from its components-. Public space is the nuclear constitutive amalgam of the city system. Its primary manifestation is the street: the oldest anthropic fact, which structures and transforms the territories, configures the infrastructure, acquires - and confers - variable roles over time, superimposing or mutating their meanings. The landscape is adopted as an approach that, due to its semantic breadth, the relationship it offers between nature and culture and the opportunities for qualification or requalification it offers in specific areas, conducts actions aimed at optimizing the interaction between human beings and their vital spaces. Naturation and inclusion will be a constituent part of these actions on the spaces. One as a project tool, the other as an essential condition of the public space conceived as an area of the existence of multiplicity. The actions are understood as the basis and end of this project research proposal, starting from assuming the project as an act-process that pivots between thinking and doing, and that by such condition it implies the generation of its own, new design knowledge. Likewise, this approach is based on practice, where the development of design projects is not an objective of the research but an integral part of the process, provoking interventions from design research.The project aims to form a corpus of landscape design knowledge and instruments applicable to public space, particularly urban corridors. Corpus that promote nature as a project tool for greening, physical integration and recovery of inclusive public use. As well as giving back the results to the " Programa de Naturación Urbana Santa Fe Capital ", which will be carried out by the Santa Fe goverment, and is currently in its planning stage.
