Abstract

¿Qué se entiende por una torre de instalaciones inteligente? Integrar los sistemas al funcionamiento de un edificio es complejo. Cada uno de los servicios que abastecen a un edificio requieren de instalaciones y soportes físicos particulares propios de la complejidad del sistema. Se puede aseverar que, el desarrollo tecnológico en Argentina es incipiente y la incorporación de los sistemas al edificio se manifiesta como un accesorio al mismo. Se produce así una separación de sus aspectos formales, por ejemplo, sistemas de producción solar térmica, solar eléctrica y eólica. ¿Qué importancia adquiere para un edificio la incorporación de una torre de instalaciones inteligente? Integración - modulación - escalabilidad, estos tres conceptos son los que dan sustento a la propuesta del interrogante. El funcionamiento de un edificio no se puede pensar con sistemas o tecnologías no integradas. La posibilidad actual de gestionar el funcionamiento de un edifico de manera remota mediante un Smartphone, nos indica que no sólo es importante la integración de los diferentes sistemas sino necesario. Desde lo económico, pensar que se puede incorporar tecnología sin interferir en el normal funcionamiento del edificio y respondiendo a la disponibilidad económica del usuario.
