Proceso de presupuestos y pronósticos en la firma Nutriar S.A.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad diseñar e implementar un sistema de presupuestos y pronósticos para la firma Nutriar S.A. Durante el mismo, se diseñará un proceso para realizar un presupuesto integral y pronósticos económico financieros con visión a futuro y así alinear la estrategia de la empresa con los recursos que dispondrá para la consecución de sus objetivos. Asimismo, se analizarán diversos métodos para realizar el presupuesto y pronósticos con el propósito de brindar solución a la problemática planteada, investigando acerca de las bondades y limitaciones de cada uno de ellos para una mejor gestión empresarial.

The purpose of this thesis is to design and implement a budget and forecast system for the firm Nutriar S.A. During it, a process will be designed to make a comprehensive budget and economic-financial forecasts with a vision of the future and thus align the company's strategy with the resources it will have to achieve its objectives. Likewise, various methods will be analyzed to carry out the budget and forecasts with the purpose of providing a solution to the problem raised, investigating the benefits and limitations of each one of them for better business management.
