La presente tesis trata la problemática financiera que ha sufrido una Pyme industrial producto de las decisiones comerciales y del crecimiento de las ventas en los últimos años. Este crecimiento careció de programación y de un análisis estratégico profundo. El autor plantea los problemas, realiza un profundo análisis de la empresa y del contexto y propone acciones correctivas para resolver la situación de conflicto sin desatender los objetivos y características de los accionistas.
This thesis deals with the financial problems suffered by the company's product business decisions and sales growth in recent years. This growth lacked programming and a deep strategic analysis . The author sets out problems, performs a thorough analysis of the company and the context and proposes corrective actions to resolve the conflict without neglecting the objectives and characteristics of shareholders actions.
