Competitividad sistémica e inserción en los mercados externos: el caso de las grandes industrias y pymes de Santiago del Estero

Abstract

Este trabajo final plantea realizar una investigación sobre como las exigencias del mercado internacional obligan a las empresas que incursionan en el mismo a realizar los esfuerzos necesarios para mejorar su competitividad, impuesta por la globalización. Estos mayores requerimientos a las empresas se entrelazan con los requerimientos del entorno de las mismas. Esto lleva a indagar y analizar de qué forma la articulación de las relaciones de las instituciones públicas e intermedias entre los entornos micro, macro y meso benefician la formación de capacidades tendientes a promover, complementar y multiplicar los esfuerzos del desarrollo industrial de las empresas y hacerlas competitivas para su inserción internacional. La selección bibliográfica sobre competitividad sistémica, permitirá por una parte ubicar y comprender la competitividad necesaria para estar a la altura de los nuevos retos de la globalización, el sistema productivo y la inserción internacional mediante una investigación exploratoria; por otra parte, una investigación descriptiva del sistema productivo de bienes del sector manufacturero de la provincia de Santiago del Estero y una selección de empresas del sector manufacturero permitirá evaluar en qué condiciones de capacidad e innovación productiva se encuentran a los fines determinar su competitividad y facilitar que emerjan mecanismos que a través de la interrelación institucional colaboren para que más empresas logren la internacionalización.

This final work proposes to carry out an investigation on how the demands of the international market force companies that venture into it to make the necessary efforts to improve their competitiveness, imposed by globalization. These greater requirements to companies are intertwined with the requirements of their environment. This leads to investigate and analyze how the articulation of the relations of public and intermediate institutions between micro, macro and meso environments benefit the formation of capacities aimed at promoting, complementing and multiplying the efforts of industrial development of companies and making them Competitive for international insertion. The bibliographical selection on systemic competitiveness will allow, on the one hand, to locate and understand the competitiveness necessary to meet the new challenges of globalization, the productive system and international insertion through exploratory research; on the other hand, a descriptive investigation of the productive system of goods of the manufacturing sector of the province of Santiago del Estero and a selection of companies of the manufacturing sector will allow to evaluate in which conditions of capacity and productive innovation are in order to determine their competitiveness and facilitate that mechanisms emerge that, through institutional interrelation, collaborate so that more companies achieve internationalization.
