Inserciones Urbanas. Escenarios del espacio colectivo

Abstract

Es posible observar que algunos espacios representativos de la vida colectiva de la ciudad están cambiando. Nuevos lugares de encuentro surgen como expresión de la dinámica de la vida urbana contemporánea y el comportamiento individual y grupal de las personas. Nos referimos a espacios singulares, que aprovechan particularidades de la forma urbana para introducir nuevos usos y que manifiestan lógicas de conformación originales tanto de los espacios públicos tradicionales como de los espacios privados a los que estamos habituados. La presente investigación plantea el estudio de intervenciones de pequeña escala que han proliferado, en los últimos diez años (2009-2019), en el histórico Barrio Güemes de la Ciudad de Córdoba. Desde la mirada disciplinar del arquitecto-investigador, utilizando el registro gráfico como principal herramienta de recolección de datos cualitativos, hemos podido conocer, estudiar y visibilizar estas lógicas espaciales que allí se manifiestan, logrando arribar a conceptos que exponen una condición urbana compleja, heterogénea, creativa y ante todo propositiva. Estos hallazgos podrán abrir nuevas perspectivas para la actividad proyectual contemporánea permitiendo encarar proyectos urbano-arquitectónicos para el sector de estudio transferibles a otros barrios y otras ciudades que buscan formas inclusivas, sostenibles y eficientes en su desarrollo urbano, resignificando la ciudad como espacio colectivo apropiado.

It is possible to observe that some representative spaces of the collective life of the city are changing. New meeting places emerge as an expression of the dynamics of contemporary urban life and the individual and group behavior of people. We refer to singular spaces, which take advantage of particularities of the urban form to introduce new uses and that manifest different conformation logics from both the traditional public spaces and the private spaces to which we are accustomed. The present investigation raises the study of small-scale interventions that have proliferated, in the last ten years (2009-2019), in the historic Barrio Güemes of the City of Córdoba. From the disciplinary perspective of the architect-researcher, using the graphic register as the main tool for collecting qualitative data, we have been able to know, study and make visible the new spatial logics that are manifested there, managing to arrive at concepts that expose its complex, heterogeneous urban condition , creative and above all purposeful. These findings may open new perspectives for contemporary project activity allowing urban-architectural projects to be addressed for the study sector transferable to other neighborhoods and other cities that seek inclusive, sustainable and efficient forms in their urban development, resignifying the city as an appropriate collective space.Urban insertions
