La presente es una investigación exploratoria sobre el proyecto pedagógico “Construyendo Puentes”, política pública implementada en la modalidad de Educación Permanente para Jóvenes y Adultos, cuyo propósito principal se orienta a hacer efectiva la articulación entre el nivel primario y el nivel medio para adultos.
Priorizando la dimensión política, se recuperan las voces de los protagonistas acerca de los efectos cualitativos, las formas y los procesos subjetivos en los sujetos durante el proyecto, en el caso de la Escuela Primaria para Jóvenes y Adultos N° 2503 y la EEMPA N° 1218 durante el período 2014-2015.
La investigación propone habilitar un espacio para conocer no solo el sentido expresado en el diseño del proyecto sino lo que en las acciones se materializó efectivamente. La pesquisa busca visibilizar como una misma política pública se transforma dinámicamente cuando ingresa en el terreno de las instituciones como práctica educativa. Se propone una reflexión sobre la participación social en la definición de las políticas públicas, en particular aquellas destinadas a la Educación de Adultos que consideren necesidades reales de los estudiantes de la modalidad (siempre desde la autopercepción y registros de sus protagonistas).
The present, is an exploratory investigation about the pedagogical proyect "Construyendo Puentes", public politics implemented in the modality of Permanent Education for Young and Adults, which main purpose is oriented to make effective the articulation between the primary level and the medium level for adults.
Giving priority to the political dimension, the voices of the protagonists are recovered about the qualitative effects, the ways and the subjetive processes along the proyect, in the case of the Primary School for Youn and Adults N° 2503 and EEMPA N°1218, during the period 2014-2015.
The research propose to set up a programme to know, not only the sense expresed in the proyect design but what was materialised effectively in the actions. The investigation tries to make visible how the same public policy changes dynamically as it enters in the area of the institucions as an educational practice. It is proposed a reflection about the social participation in the definition of the public policies, in particular those destined to the Adult´s Educationthat considering real necessities of the modality (always from the protagonist self-perseption and registers)
