Interrupción voluntaria de embarazo y objeción de conciencia en la ciudad de Rosario

Abstract

El avance y reconocimiento legal de la objeción en el mundo frente a la IVE/ILE ha llevado a esta figura legal a convertirse en una de las barreras para acceder a las pacientes a estas prácticas. Muchos países permiten el ejercicio de la OC, sin embargo, la misma sigue afectando el acceso a los servicios de salud reproductiva, incumpliendo otro derecho reconocido de las mujeres y personas con capacidad de gestar como es el acceso al aborto. Argentina no es la excepción en los comportamientos y más allá de que el uso de la OC parece estar en expansión, continúa muchas veces llevando a la violación de los derechos de las/os usuarios para esta práctica en particular. Se ha demostrado que la OC ha generado diversos problemas, tales como: el peregrinaje innecesario de las mujeres por distintos servicios de salud buscando una solución, aumento de la edad gestacional en que se realiza el aborto por retraso en la atención, con aumento de la morbimortalidad, la clandestinidad e inseguridad sanitarias además sostener el poder del médico por sobre los derechos de las pacientes incluidos malos tratos a las mismas. Se realizó una encuesta anónima y estructurada de Google a los trabajadores del sistema de salud público y privado de Rosario para conocer el grado de información acerca de la Objeción en relación con la IVE/ILE de médico/as, enfermero/as, entre otros; analizar la objeción según variables cuantitativas y cualitativas; conocer el número real de objetores y no objetores en la ciudad.

It has been shown that OC has generated various problems, such as: the unnecessary pilgrimage of women through different health services looking for a solution, an increase in the gestational age at which abortion is performed due to delays in care, with an increase in morbidity and mortality, clandestinely and health insecurity also support the power of the doctor over the rights of patients including mistreatment of them. An anonymous and structured Google survey was carried out on the workers of the public and private health system of Rosario to find out the degree of information about the Objection in relation to the IVE/ILE of doctors, nurses, among others; others Analyze the objection according to quantitative and qualitative variables; know the real number of objectors and non-objectors in the city.
