The objective of this work is to systematically analyze Argentina’s public debt evolution during the period 2001-2022.

More specifically, it aims to examine whether there were time periods compatible with the concept of ‘sustainable public debt’. The main finding is that, for most of the time within the period investigated (68.0%), the formulated indicator -“effects on public debt” - remained in negative territory. This has shown, on the one hand, fiscal policies’ unsustainability and inability to maneuver and, on the other, a certain analytical theoretical insufficiency of the debt/GDP ratio, traditionally used to draw conclusions regarding this subject.
Agustín Rodríguez Copyright (c) 2024 Agustín Rodríguez http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-08-14 2024-08-14 2 20 e0032 e0032 10.14409/rce.2023.20.e0032 Determinants for FinTech Services Usage Intention. https://bibliotecavirtual.unl.edu.ar/publicaciones/index.php/CE/article/view/13886
This quantitative research aims to identify the most relevant determinants for FinTech services usage intention. It is based on the constructs proposed by the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and it includes three additional constructs in order to gain a broader understanding of Argentinian consumers.

Primary data collected from a sample of individuals who belong to the X and Millennial generations and reside in Córdoba city and its metropolitan area was used.

Statistical analysis techniques were applied to this data so as to achieve a comprehensive understanding. Additionally, in order to segment consumers, a cluster analysis was carried out and, finally, multiple linear regression was used to analyze the impact of constructs on usage intention.

The results obtained indicate that the constructs analyzed have a significant effect on the intention to use FinTech services, with Responsiveness being the most influential on this variable. Furthermore, important differences between the two generations regarding their

preferences and needs were observed. Finally, three consumer profiles which allow for formulating marketing strategies were identified.

This work is valuable because it provides knowledge of an expanding activity as well as relevant information for marketing professionals in the FinTech services sector to be able to develop effective strategies to attract customers.
Karen Eliana Amenabar Gómez Antonella Bruno Leandro Comba Natalia Cecilia Graselli Copyright (c) 2024 Karen Eliana Amenabar Gómez , Antonella Bruno, Leandro Comba, Natalia Cecilia Graselli http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-08-14 2024-08-14 2 20 e0031 e0031 10.14409/rce.2023.20.e0031 Augmented Reality, Enhanced Reality? https://bibliotecavirtual.unl.edu.ar/publicaciones/index.php/CE/article/view/13885
Augmented Reality (AR) technology stands out for superimposing interactive digital elements with other objects in the physical world. This research aims to study the influence of AR on consumer perception within the wine sector -an important sector in our country-, involving an Argentinian wine brand which uses this technology.

The present work consists of an experimental investigation including the comparison of the results obtained from two groups of participants: one of them exposed to an AR stimulus and the other with no exposure to this technology. The objective has been to determine if exposure to AR has an impact on consumers’ brand perception, whose analysis is based on the concepts of experience, value, satisfaction and brand recommendation.

The results of this work are valuable because of their relevance for companies: AR can be used as a differentiation strategy in order to create a better experience, more satisfaction, greater recommendation and perception of the value of the brand among its customers.
Agustín López Juan Santiago Varela Arrabal Maria del Pilar Vasquez Copyright (c) 2024 Nestor Bruno Braidot, Alejandro Pablo Cardozo, Rubén César http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-08-14 2024-08-14 2 20 e0030 e0030 10.14409/rce.2023.20.e0030 Massification in Argentinian Higher Education System. https://bibliotecavirtual.unl.edu.ar/publicaciones/index.php/CE/article/view/13339
Educational institutions face differentiation processes and considerable challenges due to the phenomenon of massification of higher education systems. This article analyzes the recent expansion in the access to this educational level in Argentina and its effects on the system’s configuration. Based on the Statistical Yearbooks provided by the National Ministry of Education, the evolution of higher level (including both university and non-university) educational offerings during the 2010-2020 period according to management and regional sectors is examined. Likewise, indicators of access and graduation of young people, according to the socioeconomic level of homes and regions based on information from the Permanent Household Survey, are analyzed. An increase in access to the higher education level (university and non-university) stands out, mainly in low socioeconomic sectors and particularly in certain regions of the country. However, there is also a drop in the participation of young people who achieved a higher level qualification between 2013 and 2022. Finally, the article provides some reflections upon the challenges related to planning and coordination in order to meet educational and social requirements in the future.
Eduardo Alfaro Mariana Heredia Copyright (c) 2024 Eduardo Alfaro, Mariana Heredia http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-08-14 2024-08-14 2 20 e0035 e0035 10.14409/rce.2023.20.e0035 «Laudato si» and «Fratelli Tutti»: Exploring their Alignment with the Solidarity and Ecological Economy https://bibliotecavirtual.unl.edu.ar/publicaciones/index.php/CE/article/view/13325
The main purpose of this article is to carry out an exhaustive characterisation of a multidisciplinary dialogue between the encyclicals Laudato si and Fratelli Tutti, exploring their alignment with the solidarity and ecological economy as viable alternatives to face 21st-century challenges, both in the socio-economic and the socio-environmental spheres of planet Earth. This is a qualitative research work, supported by a documentary review method based on matrices and complemented with search equations derived from the bibliometrics of analytical categories. Its main conclusion highlights that the dialogue between the aforementioned encyclicals and the solidarity and ecological economy approaches has led to a significant broadening of the academic agenda. This exchange has fostered interdisciplinary research that comprehensively addresses the connections between the environmental crisis, social justice and economy. This complex approach has significantly contributed to a profound understanding of the intricacies involved in the search for sustainable solutions.
Dustin Tahisin Gómez Rodríguez Copyright (c) 2024 Dustin Tahisin Gómez Rodríguez http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-08-14 2024-08-14 2 20 e0034 e0034 10.14409/rce.2023.20.e0034
