Strategic planning management in public entities, analysis 2018 - 2023.

The objective was to analyze the management of strategic planning in entities in the period 2018 to 2023, it was a systematic review using the Prisma statement, analyzing 19 scientific articles. The results show that 32 % of studies approach strategic management from the perspective of the plan/action, 26 % from the importance of internal and external environments, 16 % take the perspective of the political environment and risk analysis as categorical aspects, and 16 % approach it from the perspective of the use of diagnostic models such as Pestel, Foda, among others; and finally 11 % of the studies take the perspective of relevance in socioeconomic impact as a way to encourage the implementation of strategic management. Finally, it is underdeveloped in South American countries, so country managers should take into account the various methodologies of strategic management.
