Observation stands out as a key strategy for teacher training, allowing for the fostering of a critical and pondering view of the educational situation. This paper describes a teacher training proposal implemented at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the National University of La Plata, focused on pondering on university teaching through the observation and analysis of photographs. The Pedagogical Department of this Faculty designed and carried out a pedagogical module aimed at Medical Student Assistants. This module included both in–person and distance activities, where images of educational situations were analyzed using some concepts from educator Paulo Freire as a reference. The experience provided an opportunity for the student assistants to view the teaching scene through new lenses, in light of contributions from the educational sciences and to begin a process of reviewing their teaching practices.
Silvina LyonsMariana Jureit

The present text consists of a conversation with Martín Kohan within the framework of a philosophical meeting on education. The quotation, in its literary power, starts from addressing the pedagogical question of the future as an opening of the imagination without it being reduced to a prolongation of the present. Thus the question of the avant–garde emerges and the pedagogies that can accommodate amidst the tensions between equality and intelligibility. In this way, a critical attitude towards total understanding, the seat of underestimation, is woven, while at the same time understanding something is vindicated as the key to educational praxis. The educative–conversational itinerary enhances the power of pleasure in the effort, in what concerns reading and writing, without neglecting the ethical–political problems involved in its protocolization based on «correctness». In this key, the questioning of the group and its tension with the solipsism that prevents the corrosion of structures is opened, as a way of destabilizing certainties and inhabiting not knowing. Towards the end, the political–educational power of failure is explored, as a way of disrupting dichotomies and visualizing that it is with tradition that pedagogical invention can take place.
Facundo GiulianoGrisel Serratore Pablo CosentinoValentina Giuliano

https://bibliotecavirtual.unl.edu.ar/publicaciones/index.php/Itinerarios/article/view/14178

In this writing I propose to share some of the experiences of students with disabilities in secondary school. At the same time, I want to share how these experiences were bridges to mobilize teaching practices, the assumptions constructed about trajectories and disability.

The expansion of secondary education is an opening event, in which «those unexpected students» enter to challenge the selective bases of a school that insists on maintaining its traditional forms.

The concepts that organize the writing are experiences, paths and disability, these will be analyzed to understand social and school problems around differences from the situation. To do this, I return to part of my own practice as a special education teacher by accompanying the experiences of students and teachers in their encounter with disability. The idea of cronopios that Julio Cortázar creates, gives meaning to what I experienced during my work in a secondary school in the city of Paraná from 2012 to the present
Natalia Schönfeld

In the contemporary world we experience the deepening of a regime of inequalities installed for decades. Educational institutions, as consecutive of the social, are not exempt from these situations; therefore we decided to take some fragments of reality to carry out an interdisciplinary project linked to teaching and commitment to the community from our place, the school. It involves actors who wish to participate and go through two higher–level careers of the Escuela Normal Superior Nº 6 «Vicente López y Planes» —ENS Nº 6 of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires— Initial Education Teachers (PEI) and Higher Technician in Clothing Production (TSPI). An inter–cathedra project is born in which teachers weave warp and weft with and together with our students. From the PEI, lullabies, song lyrics that lull children to sleep, are selected and worked on to accompany first skin clothes made by TSPI students that are then donated to Hospitals in the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
Valeria Serena

https://bibliotecavirtual.unl.edu.ar/publicaciones/index.php/Itinerarios/article/view/14170

Within the framework of the Doctorado en Sentidos, Teorías and Prácticas de la Educación studied at Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias in Universidad Nacional del Litoral, this communication summarizes the findings of the thesis, which aims to investigate idóneos in high school, that is, those teachers who do not have a pedagogical degree to teach what they teach but they are working as teachers. The work presents several approaches to the topic, from analysis of national and jurisdictional statistics of the province of Entre Rios to the search of the word «idóneo» in provincial school documents which account for the significant number of idóneos who work, especially, in Entre Rios secondary schools.

But our research focuses on their knowledge and, more precisely, on their knowledge about teaching. This thesis proposes a broader view than identifying shortcomings and proposes another way of approaching the issue. It focuses on investigating how they built knowledge about teaching, what their sources are, what is the relationship they have with that knowledge, what characteristics this knowledge has, what they prioritize when they are working as teachers and what they use to hold the complex processes of teaching and learning if they have not gone through a process of institutionalized teacher training, among other no less important issues. Some hypotheses that arise from experiences, readings, surveys and interviews with idóneos are presented.
Alba María Gamarra
