El acceso a la justicia a través del amparo ambiental a partir de la sanción de la ley 10.208 en la Provincia de Córdoba

Abstract

This paper presents the progress of the currently underway Research Project at the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentina. The project departs from the hypothesis that, at the provincial level, there is no adequate characterization of the environmental protective action (Amparo), despite having specific legal regulations. Among its specific objectives, we propose to describe and characterize the environmental protective action (Amparo) as a procedural instrument for access to justice. In relation to its method, it is exploratory, descriptive, in a temporal-spatial location that encompasses the field of the Administration of Justice in the Province of Córdoba in the period 2014-2018, and whose analysis implies the political and institutional context in which it has been developed.
