Análisis para la Política Económica Regional de Aguas Subterráneas en Argentina

El presente trabajo analiza las posibilidades que tienen la política económica en Argentina en los roles de asignación y distribución de los recursos hídricos subterráneos, con el objetivo de brindar algunas bases para una regulación que tenga como fin la utilización socialmente eficiente. Para este análisis, es necesario separar las provincias argentinas en grupos hidrogeológicos, en función de las características de oferta y demanda de aguas subterráneas, y de aquí tratar los instrumentos políticos con un enfoque regional, en lo que respecta a aquellas situaciones donde las aguas subterráneas entran en el proceso productivo.
