Resumen

En este trabajo se ponen bajo análisis a través de un estudio de caso, las premisas de una investigación previa realizada en 184 empresas del sector software argentinas, referida al efecto moderador positivo de la capacidad de absorción del conocimiento sobre el impacto del esfuerzo innovador y de las redes inter-organizativas sobre el resultado innovador en las empresas. Este estudio de caso analiza una empresa PYME del sector, fundada en 2009 y aun en actividad, con dos etapas claramente diferenciadas en función de su resultado innovador. En dicho caso, queda de manifiesto cómo el esfuerzo innovador de la empresa puede resultar positivo en el resultado innovador.
