Mechanisms of state intervention in Brazil, postmodernity and the question of subsidiarity

The article makes a brief historical evolution of the intervention of the State from a sociological perspective and in the theory of the State. Describes some currents called reformers and, in this context, analisa the phenomenon of postmodernism. It aims to contextualize these premises relating to the activities of the State according to the Brazilian legal system. Addresses the issue of subsidiarity and the third sector as fundamental in the contemporary world.
