Urban management instruments promoting economic, social, cultural and environmental rights

This paper attempts to outline the content and scope of urban management instruments and their objectives in order to achieve territorial urban development respecting its population components, that is, society with its needs, habits and culture and environment, with its possibilities geophysics, to meet the needs of man in society and in a given territory, so that a level of balance is established between the satisfaction of current needs with the needs of future generations, in terms of the sustainable use of resources; recognizing urbanization from a holistic perspective, such as the physical development and construction of the city, with a social perspective, respect and promotion of fundamental human rights; analyzing expropriation as the legal instrument of urban management that is useful to urban planning for the purpose of ensuring socio-urban integration, from the Argentine law of domain regulation for socio-urban integration.
