Abstract

This dossier brings together seven articles and a book review that are the result of a scientific meeting organized at the Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos in 2022. Using several methodologies, the papers discuss the controversies between the territories, cities and the construction of transport infrastructures. This introduction is organized into three thematic topics that reveal the inability of public policies to lead socio-economic and urban development towards endogenous forms, the triviality of political discourses and the limitations of projects to address the complexity of the territories they seek to transform.
