La dialéctica como caja de herramientas
Una aproximación a la metodología platónica a partir del uso de la metretiké en Político y Filebo.

Cuestionado el protagonismo que han acaparado los procedimientos de división y reunión en los estudios sobre la dialéctica del Platón tardío, nos proponemos echar luz sobre una herramienta que, funcionando a la par de aquellos, ha sido soslayada. Nos referimos a la metretiké y al rol clave que ella cumple en los diálogos Político y Filebo. Además, partiendo de ese estudio, sugeriremos que el método filosófico ideal opera como un variado kit de herramientas sin circunscribirse a ninguna de ellas.
