The demonic as a force of nature (Naturmagten) and its relationship with language in Kierkegaard's Either/Or

In “The immediate erotic stages, or musical eroticism” of Either/Or a relationship appears between music and the limits of language, where it is presented as the limit of the word precisely because it refers to the demonic in the sense of force of nature (Naturmagten). The force of nature cannot be expressed through words because it is immediate and language implies mediation. Therefore, we argue that Either/Or begins the problematization of language and its limits, in which context the demonic is understood as a force of nature. In this sense, in Either/Or, for the pseudonym A, the demonic represents what cannot be manifested through language, but can be manifested through music.
