The interdependence between social development and the quality of formation of professionals in the university of the XXI century, demands higher levels of consolidation and with it the concerns and efforts to conceive, organize and effectively execute a higher education of excellence in correspondence with the dynamics and growing needs of the country and the world of today, where the student reaches in the fulfillment of the curriculum, a greater professional motivation and thus constitute a guiding tendency of behavior and the personality of the adolescent, hence the importance that this in the driving force of the institutional work, and to be able fulfill the social mandate of providing society a professional capable of facing scientific, technical, cultural and social problems both in the national and international fields with competence, performance and supported by the purest values of the national identity and Cuban culture.
