Abstract

This article’s main goal is to describe and explain the orientation, initiatives, conditions, and effects of police policies carried out by the government of Evo Morales in Bolivia during the 2006-2014 period. Particularly, it intends to analyze changes and continuities that have occurred on this matter, considering the government’s left-winged political orientation and the implementation of a process of change in the country, through the construction of a Plurinational State.
