Modelo estructural de organización municipal para mejorar la calidad de servicios públicos del gobierno local de San Ignacio, Cajamarca (Perú)

Abstract

The objective of this research was to formulate the proposal for a structural model of municipal organization aimed at improving the quality of public services of the Local Government of San Ignacio, which belongs to the department of Cajamarca and the data collected correspond to the year 2019. The type The research is quantitative, not experimental, with a projective descriptive scope, having as a sample 56 employees of the municipality, where a survey was applied to users, an interview to officials and a checklist for direct observation of the current situation of management, obtaining as results that the quality of service provided by the municipality is perceived by users with an average of 3,268, which means that, in their opinion, the service is only sometimes of quality, since it is not adequately served to the user, as well as the adequate guides for the procedures are not provided.
