Abstract

This article explores the consequences the Turn to History has today for the crisis and the rethinking of the current State-centred and Eurocentric paradigm of International Law. In order to do this, it introduces a double definition of the Historical Turn and studies both Eurocentric and Third-world histories of the modern/colonial International Law.
