Abstract

This paper tries to give account of the role that science and art communication plays as an articulating action of the substantial functions of Universidad Nacional del Litoral and their institutional policies and as a link between the academic community and society.
The institutionalization of science communication work within our public and reform university enables a frame of action on territory that allows to build two-way bridges for knowledge and experiences exchange from academic and social agents.
