Is it possible to condense long processes of underground political and intellectual, epistemic and territorial struggle into theoretical systematizations? What marginal praxis of resistance has been the support of those social and political "wombs" that have sheltered the genealogy of an extension marked by its criticality? The book Texto clave de la extensión crítica latinoamericana y caribeña constitutes a fundamental historical–literary piece for the recognition of 'Critical Extension' throughout the vast Latin American and Caribbean geography. Its main task is to provide a framework of theoretical, epistemological and methodological notions that describe the corporeality of the current known under the name of Extensión Crítica Latinoamericana y Caribeña. Constructing a sort of 'archeology' of the matrixes of thought that converge in this particular type of extension is, in this book, an effective way of immersing the reader in a good part of the Latin American subaltern biography.
