About a university extension experience in Health Promotion from Psychology in the public school

Abstract

This article relates and analyzes a work experience developed during almost a decade in the Primary Health Care. The experience is part of a comprehensive practice involving advanced students from the UdelaR School of Psychology and community actors and institutions. The objective of the same, is to contribute to the diffusion of valuable experiences in university extension for its recreation in diverse institutional and sociocultural contexts. Also contribute to theoretical reflection and construction of methodological knowledge regarding the training of human resources for work in the PNA, as well as healthy coexistence in the school environment.
