Este escrito se estructura a partir de una
serie de interrogantes que problematiza algunas cuestiones
referidas a la actual práctica pedagógica. Se
presenta y propone un eje reflexivo en torno al vínculo
que se establece entre: educación–saber–sabor. Bajo
estas premisas nos preguntamos acerca de cómo resignificar
los encuentros/des–encuentros que se producen
hoy dentro del aula entre adultos–docentes y jóvenes–
estudiantes.
