This article examines the convergence of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria and legal tech technologies in the context of Spanish public law, analysing their impact on public administration and access to justice. It explores how public entities are integrating ESG principles into their policies and processes, while adapting to the digital revolution transforming public service delivery; The study highlights the importance of legal tech technologies in improving administrative efficiency and democratising access to legal services, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 16.3. The Spanish legislative framework is analysed, including Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts or Royal Decree 6/2023 on digital transformation, to contextualise the implementation of these innovations, along with another extensive list of important new regulations. The work offers a comprehensive view of the challenges and opportunities arising in this new paradigm of sustainable and technologically advanced public governance, contributing to the debate on the modernisation of the judicial system and the formulation of public policies in Spain.
