Abstract

This article introduce the dossier «Who comes after the subject?» in the context of the eponymous seminar, held in September 2018, at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. We focus, on the one hand, on retaking some of the ideas with which the organization has theoretically thought about the seminar, namely, emergence of the discourse operated by a subject that in the contemporary scene has been constrained to conservative positions unfolded in opposition to the theoretical research and post-humanist criticism; on the other, in the discussions derived from our participation as commentators of the papers while the event took place.
