Planning and communication. Perspectives, approaches and tools is presented as a contribution to planners of communication processes in organizations in common with the public as well as during interventions with human groups. In the nine chapters that make up the book, organized into three parts (Perspectives, Approaches and Tools), the authors expose, among other topics, various communication strategies, as well as guidelines for their analysis and design. In addition, they share methodological approaches to social research and its technical applications, from a position that aspires to critical, reflective, collective and emancipatory research; presenting tools that enable group work and the collective production of knowledge.
The example is the result of the analysis and reflection of the authors on the topics addressed, as well as consultations with varied bibliographic material.
