The corruption phenomenon together with all the set of rules that has been enacted in order to confront this terrible global scourge has caused the mutation of several institutions of administrative law in its classical conception. In this scenario, after characterizing the corruption phenomenon will try to highlight the most relevant modifications experienced by this branch of public law.
