Abstract

The corruption phenomenon together with all the set of rules that has been enacted in order to confront this terrible global scourge has caused the mutation of several institutions of administrative law in its classical conception. In this scenario, after characterizing the corruption phenomenon will try to highlight the most relevant modifications experienced by this branch of public law.

Docente de Derecho Administrativo en la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba – UNC y de Derecho Procesal Público en la Universidad Empresarial Siglo 21 – UES21 (Córdoba, Argentina). Doctor en Derecho y Ciencias Sociales (Universidad Nacional de Córdoba). Magíster en Derecho Administrativo (Universidad Austral). Abogado (Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales, UNC), Premio Cuadro de Honor a los mejores promedios. Miembro del Instituto de Derecho Administrativo de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales (UNC) y del Instituto de Derecho Administrativo de la Escuela de Derecho de la UES21. Autor de numerosas publicaciones en obras colectivas y revistas especializadas sobre la materia.
