In this work, inscribed within the history of education and the recent history of the Province of Entre Ríos, I propose to investigate the changes and continuities in which the transfer to the province of Entre Ríos in the year 1980-82 of the educational services of the National Directorate of Adult Education (DINEA) framed in a context of internal tensions within the Armed Forces (FFAA), with the greatest participation of civil actors in the National Reorganization Process (PRN) and consolidation of the Neoliberal economic and social model. In this context, the Armed Forces construct their role as a political actor in the testing of educational policies related to educational guidelines linked to their own training structure and as an alternative to the pre-existing curricular guidelines, which gave meaning to Adult Education in order to frame it within of the disciplinary process of the National Security Doctrines.
