In today's globalized world, scientific and technological knowledge is a fundamental pillar for the progress and sovereignty of nations. In this context, public communication of science and technology becomes indispensable. Sharing Sciences, Communication, and Knowledge Appropriation in University Extension presents itself as an essential compilation that analyzes the role of social appropriation of sciences in university extension practices, particularly through the case study of the National University of Entre Ríos. The book emphasizes the importance of re-establishing and strengthening ties between the scientific community and society. In this sense, the practice of communicating sciences and carrying out extension activities from a critical approach, and from a political and cultural perspective, contributes to the democratization of knowledge and fosters the construction of an informed and critical citizenship.
